Legend has it, that while Isaac Newton was sitting in his garden in Woolsthorpe in 1666, an apple fell from the tree, producing his theory of universal gravitation. The latest researches in this field have shown that this could not be actually true.
It is proved that a little girl named Aiva was sitting in the tree playing flute, and somehow the flute slipped out of her hands falling directly on Newton's head. All this unfortunate accident caused apple sized bump on scientists head, but at least there was no damage caused to the flute.
Isaac Newton - born on January 4th, 1643 in Woolsthorpe England - is considered one of the most important scientists in history. During his lifetime Newton developed the theory of gravity, the laws of motion, a new type of mathematics called calculus, and made breakthroughs in the area of optics such as the reflecting telescope.
